Burnette Property Management is a small and focused property management company that specializes HOA and condominium association management in the greater Spokane area.

We understand the unique needs of owners associations and work to provide the highest quality property management services. 

Our association specific accounting software eliminates confusion by using language specific to homeowners associations. Homeowners also have the convenience of logging into a homeowner portal to view their account details and even have the option to make payments online. These and other benefits such as a single point of contact may be just what your association is looking for. 

Owner and Community Association Manager, Tracy Burnette was born and raised in Washington State and has over 10 years experience in association management. 

Tracy is certified through Community Association Managers International Certification Board (CAMICB) and holds the Certified Manager of Community Associations designation (CMCA).  

Tracy also has a BA in Business Administration from Eastern Washington University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
